Custom Amount: Click "Custom" and enter your desired donation amount
Recurring Donation: Optionally select "Monthly" or "Quarterly" for automatic recurring donations
Tip: Even small donations make a big impact! Rs. 500 can provide a week's worth of meals for a family in need.

Review Details: Double-check your donation amount and personal information
Mobile Wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash): You'll be redirected to enter your mobile number and PIN
Card Payment: Enter card number, expiry date, CVV in the secure payment gateway
Bank Transfer: Copy our account details and complete transfer through your banking app
Processing Time: Most payments are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to reflect.

Receive Confirmation & Receipt

Get instant confirmation and download your tax receipt

Payment Method Specific Guides

  1. Select EasyPaisa as your payment method
  2. You'll be redirected to the EasyPaisa secure portal
  3. Enter your EasyPaisa mobile account number
  4. Enter your EasyPaisa PIN
  5. Confirm the transaction amount
  6. You'll receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile
  7. Return to our website to see your donation confirmation

Note: Make sure you have sufficient balance in your EasyPaisa account before proceeding.

  1. Select JazzCash as your payment method
  2. You'll be redirected to the JazzCash payment page
  3. Enter your JazzCash mobile wallet number
  4. Enter your MPIN (Mobile PIN)
  5. Review and confirm the payment details
  6. You'll receive a confirmation SMS
  7. Payment complete! Your receipt will be emailed

Steps:

  1. Select Bank Transfer option
  2. Copy our bank account details (shown above)
  3. Login to your online banking or visit your bank branch
  4. Initiate a transfer to our account
  5. Keep the transaction reference number
  6. Email us the reference at donations@akbarlifeline.org
  7. We'll confirm receipt within 1-2 business days

Important: Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to process. Please keep your transaction receipt.

  1. Select Credit/Debit Card option
  2. You'll be redirected to our secure payment gateway
  3. Enter your 16-digit card number
  4. Enter the expiry date (MM/YY)
  5. Enter the CVV (3-digit security code on back of card)
  6. Enter your cardholder name exactly as on card
  7. Click "Pay Now"
  8. You may receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone - enter it
  9. Payment complete! Receipt will be emailed instantly

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and never store your complete payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, certified payment gateways.

Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, you'll receive an official tax receipt via email immediately after your donation. This can be used for tax deduction purposes in eligible countries.

What if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you'll see an error message. Please check your payment details and try again. No charges will be made for failed transactions. Contact us if problems persist.

Can I cancel or refund my donation?

Due to the immediate nature of charitable work, we generally cannot refund donations. However, if you made a donation in error, please contact us within 24 hours at donations@akbarlifeline.org

How long does it take to receive my receipt?

Digital receipts are sent instantly via email for card and mobile wallet payments. Bank transfer receipts are sent within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
